report where this week we break down a rookie that has really stood out so far this summer and

who I'm excited to see even more as the full squad practices begin later this week. But before we

get it all that, the Eagles made some roster moves today. First, the team released guard Alan

Now, the Barber move was a little bit of a surprise, but honestly, when you see the quote that was put out by Howie Roseman and you see what the rationalization was behind that, the door was left open for him to potentially return to the team down the line.

And you look at the competition that the Eagles have along the offensive line.

Frank Reich, the offense coordinator, said that Isaac Seymala will enter camp as the starter.

And you have the veterans. You have a chance, Wormack. You have a Stephen Wisniewski.

You've got some players on the inside that can compete there at the offensive guard spot. You still maintain some of those young guys. You've got some players on the inside that can compete there at the
