The The All right. Well, as promised, we would start podcasting out on the open ocean.

And that's because we don't have free time out here.

But when you're working out for 12 hours, that means the other 12 hours are for literally all the things you need to do in life on top of sleeping.

And then also with that amount of work, man, like, I've been sleeping a lot and feeling good. And so it's really stormy out right now.

It could get a lot worse, but it's certainly not great out there.

Parachute anchor, for those of you that are wondering, is literally a parachute on the end of a rope.

And it, it bites a volume of water that's below the surface. And the surface is what is actually really getting impacted by high winds.

And, uh, I mean, it's, it's kind of fascinating to me because you think like the ocean is just moving all over the place.
