row west podcast. We took the boat out. We did a 24-hour rotation where we rode for two hours,

and we rested for two hours, and we did that for 24 hours. So each rower did 12 hours of work,

12 hours of rest, because that is going to be our rotation when we're out on the ocean. Afterwards, we sat down and just talked about some lessons learned. As you guys can imagine, the Endless Endeavor podcast is going to take a turn and it is going to focus on the Roe West journey. I'm going to be documenting it while I'm out there still uploading podcasts without video though they're

going to be relatively short I would assume because we don't have a lot of

downtime and that is what is going to be transpiring for the next two months but
