In Episode 174 I sit down with Russ Torgerson. Russ and I connected when he recently attended Guns and Gis last August. His story is fascinating as he was a coast guard rescue swimmer for more than a decade and then made the switch to being a coast guard pilot. He conducted the same missions but now just filled a different position inside the helicopter. Russ recently retired and reflected on his incredible journey of true service to this nation helping so many people during the worst day of their lives. Like many retired veterans Russ is now putting a tremendous focus on jiu jitsu and finds that has become a powerful source of friendship, camaraderie and purpose since retiring. I really enjoyed spending some time with this incredible human and am sure you will to! Please enjoy episode 174 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
