In Episode 170 I sit down with Jeff Smith. Jeff and his wife Kara have launched a direct-to-consumer beef company to bring high-quality beef to your doorstep. Through this idea, Colorado Craft Beef was born! Jeff speaks about how supply chain issues have impacted people’s access to beef, especially during COVID and they saw a need to streamline the process to make beef readily available to consumers. Colorado Craft Beef has been doing exceptionally well, and Jeff is partnering with Jocko, Origin, Dr Shawn Baker, and other big names in the industry. Jeff goes into great detail on issues surrounding both agriculture and raising cattle. I learned a lot during this episode and am grateful Jeff made the trip up! Additionally, he’s a jiu jitsu guy that trained with the team before recording so that’s always appreciated! Please enjoy episode 170 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
