Episode 160 I sit down with Lee Deckleman. Lee was on my team in 2004 when I was deployed to Ramadi, Iraq with Triple Canopy. That deployment was by far the most violent deployment of my entire life. Lots of ambushes, IEDs, and engagement with the enemy. We reminisce of all the crazy experiences we shared together and then delve into Lee’s current mission where he has invested all his energy into becoming a yoga instructor. That is a stark difference from the days of him being a Green Beret and Army Ranger, and that’s exactly why we talked about it. Veterans need to know it's ok to move away from the tactical space and build a dream around something completely new and fresh. Check out his book “Internal Volume Where a Monster and Mindfulness Become One” available on Amazon.
Please enjoy episode 160 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
