Summary

In Episode 145 I sit down with Chase Chewning. I was first introduced to Chase when I wanted to start the Endless Endeavor Podcast, as he owned a podcast production company called “Operation Podcast”. Chase was instrumental in launching the Endless Endeavor and his help has been priceless in navigating all ins and outs of an industry unfamiliar to me. Chase served several enlistments in the US Army and was ultimately medically retired for an injury that we discuss in detail. Through the unfortunate circumstances regarding his separation from the military and his father’s untimely passing, Chase faced an emotional struggle that forced massive growth. I am happy to have had Chase into my home to record this episode! Please enjoy episode 145 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

Timeline Nutrition, Mitopear. What Mitopear is, it is a mitochondria revitalizer, and it promotes

0:50.6

mitochondrial health. Everyone over the age of 40 starts to have a certain percentage of dysfunctional mitochondria,

0:57.5

and that continues to decline as we age.

1:00.5

As most of you guys know, mitochondrial health is responsible for ATP production,

1:05.4

and that is the energy that we derive from our mitochondria.

1:08.7

So every single function of our lives requires ATP.

1:12.7

And the more dysfunctional mitochondria we have, the less efficient we are creating that ATP.

1:17.6

There is a peptide called urolithin A.

1:20.7

And urolithin A has been shown to really rejuvenate mitochondrial health through a process called mitophagy.

1:27.2

And what mitophagy is, it is a process

1:29.5

in which the old dysfunctional mitochondria get recycled and it builds new properly functioning mitochondria.

1:36.7

Eural than A is a compound derived from pomegranates, but you would have to drink five glasses of
