Summary

In Episode 143 I sit down with Joao Assis and Greg Lapin and recap our recent event, Guns & Gis Class 007. This just wrapped up down in New Orleans, LA and as usual we had a phenomenal group of people attend. This course continues to be less and less about shooting and fighting and has become a catalyst in people’s lives, helping them become a better version of themselves. This class’s recap just turned into talking about Jiu Jitsu for 90 minutes so if you love jiu jitsu episodes this is for you, if not maybe pause and wait for next week! Also, our first Guns & Gis PNW is being hosted in July and the registration link is in the show notes below! Please enjoy episode 143 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

Mitopear. And what Mitopear is, it is a mitochondrial health and ATP production supplement.

0:41.0

Mitochondria produces ATP, and that is the power source for all of your cells.

0:45.5

Everyone over the age of 40 has a certain percentage of dysfunctional mitochondria, and that continues

0:51.1

to get worse as we age. There is a peptide called urolithin A, and urolithin A promotes mitophagy.

0:58.2

This is where dysfunctional mitochondria get recycled into new mitochondria that function properly.

1:05.0

Guys, the older we get, the less our body functions in an optimal state, and we can combat that with products like mitopere. What

1:12.3

mitopier is, it is a grab and go packet that you can add to a bottle of water or they offer pills.

1:18.5

Both contain the same compound, though, urolithin A. And Erolithin A is derived from pomegranates.

1:25.1

Ural A is shown to really improve mitochondrial health like we just spoke about,

1:29.4

but you would have to drink five glasses of pomegranate juice in order to get as much urolthine

1:34.7

that you get in one serving of mitopoeia.

1:37.7

Five glasses of pomegranate juice would have a massive amount of sugar and a bunch of carbohydrates,

1:41.5

so they have been able to extract the Erolthin

1:44.3

A and give that to you directly. In mouse models, Erolthin A has been shown to increase

1:49.4

muscular strength, muscular endurance, and lifespan. And it is shown to do similar things in human

1:54.8

models. Guys, I've talked about this product over the last couple weeks, and what I have noticed
