Summary

In episode 75 I explore the veteran's state of mind. I’ve recently lost another Ranger buddy by his own hands. This continues to plague the veteran’s community at an astonishing rate. It's Veterans Day as I record this, and although it won’t air for a few weeks, I think it's important to honor our veterans and help unpack why so many service members continue to face demons years and years after military service. I am open and honest in this episode about the path that I walked and some of the struggles that I have personally endured. I hope the struggles and the methods I used to navigate those times will inspire others to put in the work and change the trajectory of their lives.
