Trading for Tremaine Emmons, if the excuses, I want to draft a linebacker, the Giants, like a newsflash, anybody out there, they're going to end up cutting Bobby O'Caricay here in the next two weeks. That seems like the most obvious glaring capitiki alluded to him not being the same player. Or at the very least, not going to pay him what he's getting paid. Yes. Micah McFad in his author books, they may bring him back on a very cheap deal, but he was not with the John Harbaugh, DeNor Wilson defense.

The Giants are likely to have two new starting linebackers last year than a year ago. So if you trade for Edmonds and get the lower cap hit and then go draft somebody, those are your two linebackers. One doesn't prevent you from the other. Yeah. Here's the thing.

Tremaine Edmonds feels young, and he is young, because he's only 27 years old, but he was drafted when he was 20. Yeah, very young with the bills. This is his ninth year. Yeah. He's played mileage. This season is his ninth season in the NFL, and so there's mileage there. I'm not saying it's a bad thing.

It's because experience obviously matters,

but he hasn't been a pro bowler since 2019. Right. Or 20 or 20 or, I think maybe it's 2020. It's a young team, Tiki. The Giants are a young team. I know they have dead. Oh, I know. And so this is a young, this is a young veteran who, this is a young veteran. He's got nine years.

This will be his ninth season. It'll be 28 years old. And that's why I like him. They need a guy like that. Not everybody has to be 20, 22, 23. They need somebody. He's still young. He just has a ton of experience. He just has a ton of experience. He has that experience. That's why I'd be into it. I'm not telling you they have to do it.

I'm just saying that's the kind of deal.
