SEMA, which we talked quite a bit about, and LA Auto Show is ramping up very quickly. for us for you and me and a bunch of our

colleagues in the industry that means a press day and I remember a few years ago

maybe more than a few years ago. Press Day was two days.

I remember being like a Wednesday and Thursday,

and now it's just a Thursday.

That's obviously because there's just far fewer presenting companies at the event.

So Thursday is gonna be kind of jam-packed

with press reveals.

A lot of it gets teased online now, right? Yeah, we see most of it and yeah, I'm off to, as we record this, I'm about to run to a hotel

because I've got a 630, I'm TV at like 630 in the morning or something

PR guys rang me up and said so the auto show we've got a great PRP sure yeah what time is it yeah

it's six 30 a. Yeah it's always in the morning, but here's the thing is, is for those of you outside of California, our big freeway that takes us to the convention center that crosses from the beach to downtown LA is the 10 freeway and it caught on fire and this morning they they basically

said it they need a they need to fix it like they need to smash it. You can't use it. They need to start over. They need to smash portions away demolish portions away and rebuild it and I don't know how long they think that's going to take in my head it's years I don't know but there's going to

Well they're saying six weeks but but like they can't even file the paperwork in six weeks there's no way

Unless they if they say demolished a section of the freeway and then fix it in six weeks no way it's impossible

it'd be six weeks in China if they mean like the the center section of it or one of the standing pillars, cement pillars needs to be repaired, then maybe six weeks, but they're not going to make a gap in the freeway like speed and have us all jump

over it in the metro buses and then fix it. That's never going to happen in six weeks. It's not possible.

The thing that made me laugh, I got a email a couple of hours ago from the show saying,
