Hey everybody, Rob Maurer here and today we are joined by Edmunds Editor-in-Chief,

Alistair Weaver, who has gracefully agreed to join us and have a conversation about some

of the questions that we've had on some of the Edmunds range testing.

Obviously you guys have done a little bit of testing a few months back on a number of

different electric vehicles.

Tesla gave you a call about that a little bit unhappy with some of the results in terms

of not accounting for maybe some of the range that was available after the indicated range

hit zero miles.

So you guys did a little bit of retesting on that this week and published your findings

on that.

So I think we can kind of start there.

First off, thanks for joining us.

Really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and have this conversation.

But yeah, maybe just walk us through, you know, Tesla giving you guys the call and then

some of that retesting that you guys have done.

Firstly, Rob, thanks for having me on.

It's always good to, I know you've been covering some of what we've been doing pretty intensely,

so it's always nice to have the opportunity to come on and talk about it.

You're right.

I mean, Edmunds, you know, we have a long history of testing, testing EVs.

I mean, I've been in my current realm for three years, but I've been associated with
