These are very difficult times and I'm getting bills in here. Like for example, my internet communication is rising by about 20%.

It's certainly rising by an awful lot and I don't know how they can justify price rises like that.

But everything is getting more expensive as we all know and we're all feeling the squeeze and I definitely am because I've always been at the margins.

Doing these shows is also therapeutic for me. As I sit here in the darkness with the rain, hammering still on my window.

Now the guest on this edition of the unexplained, former West End stage manager Nicholas Bromley on stage ghosts and haunted theaters. If the name is familiar to you, it's because Nick Bromley was on the TV show back in January.

And at the end of the day, we didn't really have enough time for him. There are so many cases in the book and we won't get through all of them today either.

And we only really covered the London theaters. So I thought what I would do is have a more relaxed conversation with him now. See if we can do some of the London theaters and also go out to what they call in the theater, the provinces, which is where I was born and brought up in Liverpool.
