It's not the easiest thing that I've done, learning this medium.

It's very different from what we do here because this is much less structured.

We can just have a conversation here.

There you've got the bright lights and all the other stuff constantly focusing you and

of course the clock is ticking down on you all the time.

But it's interesting to learn that discipline.

It's something that I resisted all of my life.

There were times when I could have moved towards television and people used to say,

well you don't look too bad.

This is some years ago now.

Then why don't you go into TV?

You could make better money than you make in radio.

This is back then of course.

I always used to say now I'm a radio guy.

Very shy would rather be heard than seen.

But I'm learning all the time and thank you for your support and the nice things you've

said.
