Before I do anything I just want to say, I'm sorry for the delay in getting the last show out to you. We should be more or less back on track now, one or two things going on in my life at the moment, that I won't bore you with, but they've tended to take the wind out of my sails very slightly,

and slow down the progress of a few things, including this show. But as I say, I'm hoping that we're back on track now, I'll keep you posted. I'm going to do some shout outs on this edition, I've been catching up with those, had so many emails in both to the online show here and the radio show at talk radio.
