Recording in the middle of a bit of a heat wave here in the middle of September in London

town, it's going to probably have cooled down by the time you hear this, but we've had

a few days of temperatures in the 80 degrees Fahrenheit, the 30s, Celsius or thereabouts,

and it's kind of making things a little difficult here.

So I hope that you can't hear the effects of it, but you know, keep going up, just got

to drink, keep drinking lots of water and I'll be fine.
