Thank you very much for coming back to the show. If I sound a little almost demob happy,

I'm not really demobbing. I'm just very hot and very tired. We've had a little bit of

a run and those of you who don't like me talking about the British weather at the top of the

show, then tune out for five seconds. We've had a really hot spell here and it's really,

really close now. A lot of moisture in the air and you know this is the UK. So we have that anyway.

So when it gets warm with it, it really saps you. Been a really, really tiring week.

I'm done an extra shift in my day job this week. So it just catches up with you after a while.
