I'm your host, Josie Van Dyke, and welcome to this week's solo episode which I love solos I don't want to say they're my favorite but kind of because I just get to talk about me and I get to talk the entire time and what's more fun than talking to yourself?

Mm said no one ever but I actually really love talking to myself. It's very therapeutic.

I find much joy in it hence hence why I started a podcast.

But we have lots to discuss, but before we take out trash,

I need to say thank you to everyone

who listened to the first solo episode,

the first episode of season three and reached out,

sent their love, shared their stories.

Wow, I was just taken back by it truly. And it's interesting I I can always tell who

listened to the episode and who didn't because people will be like oh my gosh Josie

like season three is so excited, oh my gosh.

And then the people who have listened to it

are like, oh my gosh, Josie, like your first episode,

wow, like that hit home, like, oh my gosh,

or wow, that was really brave or whatever it is it's much more like

emotional and not as like upbeat and happy so I can always tell it's like oh yeah you

heard the story about my five-year-old, four-year-old trauma, and you haven't yet.

And so if you don't know what that first episode was about, go listen to it. I share my ketamine experience and some really dark things came up and I was able to tell my parents some stuff and really get to own my trauma and feel no shame and it's been really great and I feels really great, but it is weird walking into rooms which I'll talk about it in my personal trash
