Yeah, I've been wearing hearing aids since I was 25 and I'm in my late 60s now.

And the first ones I had would go all the way in the year.

The ones I have now, I'll go behind the year, and they're a little easier to handle.

But, you know, I dropped one in a toilet one time, and I thought, I pulled it out, dried it out, got it to work, you know.

And I was just always really careful after that.

If I go in the bathroom, I wouldn't get them anywhere close to the toilet.

And I remember sitting one on the sink, on the counter, make sure don't get it close to the

toilet. Because over time, my hearing aids just got more and more expensive. And this is like a

$3,000 hearing aid. I have a pair you know but you know individually they're

three grand a piece and insurance doesn't cover this kind of stuff or you know just never have

insurance doesn't cover a hearing aid you know i dropped one out of my pocket running blooms day up in

spokane and 6,000 people stepped on it.

I went back and found the pieces, some of the pieces, tried to turn it into my insurance company.

And they said, we don't know, we're going to have to get back to you.

No, no, we're not going to. You're going to have to get a separate ride around that if you want that done,

because they were just outside of warranty. I'm in the bathroom.
