0:10.5	Today, we're returning to Edgar Casey and covering a topic we haven't covered with Edgar Casey,
0:17.7	and in particular, it's Atlantis.
0:25.5	Edgar Casey has been called the sleeping prophet, the father of holistic medicine,
0:30.5	the miracle man of Virginia Beach, and the most documented psychic of all time.
0:39.4	For 43 years of his adult life, he had the ability to put himself into some kind of self-induced sleep state by lying down on a couch,
0:43.6	closing his eyes and folding his hands over his stomach.
0:51.6	This state of relaxation and meditation enabled him to place his mind in contact with all time and space and to respond to any questions that he was asked.
0:55.1	Edgar Casey dictated all of his discourses from a self-induced trance.
0:59.4	A stenographer took his discourses down in shorthand and later typed them.
1:04.8	In his normal consciousness, Edgar Casey spoke with a southern accent,
1:09.4	but in the same manner as any other American.
1:12.0	However, from the trance state, he spoke in the manner of the King James Bible using
1:16.9	these and thous, which has made it hard in some cases for me to read these essentially channelings.
1:24.4	They're kind of more than channelings because in some cases people find it a little
1:29.6	hard to understand in trance his syntax was unusual he put phrases clauses and sentence together
1:37.6	in a manner that slows down any reader and requires careful attention in order to be sure of his meaning. This caused his
1:47.1	stenographer to adopt some unusual punctuation in order to put into sentence form some of the
1:52.2	long complex thoughts conveyed by Casey while in trance. From his trance state, Casey explained
2:00.6	that he got his information from two sources.
2:04.0	First of all, the inquiring individual's mind, mostly from his or her deeper subconscious mind,
2:09.4	and secondly, from the universal consciousness, the infinite mind within which the entire universe
