But also I realize every time part of the reason I don't work out is, well, first of all, my many tactile issues, but like I, it's just like I find it disgusting. I hate being sweaty. And I was just like, oh yeah, I was probably wearing my athletic wear too long without getting in the shower. So my sweat is on my skin. So of course, immediately my skin freaks out. It's like good, yes. It's good that anything could destabilize me physically. But enjoying working out, enjoying locks, enjoying stretching, feeling good about that.
