And what were those hard moments because you had, I mean, you went and basically separated

from your family and, you know, you were singularly focused on what you were doing.

Yeah, it was, it was a hard journey, you know. I started a full-time job when I was 17.

As a truck mechanic, I was working 60, 60 hours a week doing, you know, on the spanners, fixing

trucks. At 18, I started up my first, like a security business as running a lot of the security

and stoke on trend. I mean, all in total, I was working 80 plus hours a week, plus running

an account, plus paying people, plus filling in on, on doors as well, you know, doing the doors

myself because people would let me down. And that went on for, geez, the best part of 89 years,

you know, nearly, probably 10 years of, of working 80 plus hours a week, plus training 20 hours a

week. I mean, my days, this is what my days consist of. I get up at 6am, I really go to work,

do a 10-hour day at work, finish it, finish it like five, half, five. I'll go to the gym,

I train for four hours, you know, so be training until sort of half past nine at night.

And then I'd be home, it'd be at a meal, and then straight to bed. And if I'm doing that,

you know, six, seven days a week, I wasn't seeing my wife, I wasn't seeing my kids.

And, you know, I'm not joking when I say this, I probably wasn't seeing my wife and kids

for more than two hours a week, a week, a week. And that was a big sacrifice. And when I got to

say 24, 25, that really got even worse, worse, worse, you know, and this is when I started taking

a bit more seriously. Those one or two hours got took away, and it's like, right, I'm sorry,

babe, but I need to do my physio, I need to do my stretching, I need to go do my hot cold,

and it got less and less and less. And I think my, I think my darkest year was probably 2016

to 17, that last year of the strong man, I was just absolutely obsessed. And I think,
