Interim U.S. Attorney Ed Martin personally submitted a seizure warrant application without any other

prosecutors in his office that was rejected by a U.S. magistrate judge in D.C.

And on Friday, his first day on the job, Kosh Patel ordered FBI officials to relocate

1,500 employees from Washington, D.C. to cities with high crime rates, including Minneapolis,

But first, we have this blockbuster story from the Washington Post. FBI agents this weekend

questioned Environmental Protection Agency employees regarding a Biden administration grant program for

climate and clean energy projects, escalating that criminal probe that already caused one veteran

prosecutor we talked about last week to resign. And that's according to two people familiar.
