What are some of your philosophies? What is how do you want to approach?

So I deal with a lot of young people who want to get in the industry and again it's changed

so much because people used to want to be news people, now people just want to be on TV, right?

Or on the internet or on I, I whatever, or

Instagram or Facebook or whatever the case may be, you know, that's opened up a lot of

doors, but I told young people all the time I think the key to

interviewing is listening

because I have seen people

I would give the example of if I were interviewing you about whether you

murdered someone and you had yet to admit it and you said okay I did it I've seen people be so stuck to their 10

questions they will go okay great now let me ask you if they turn to their

next question number seven is because they turn to their next question.

Question number seven is.

Because I got to get to question number seven.

And so for me, it was simply the idea of listen

to what the person is saying.

Listen to every word.

You know, my family and friends hate that because I said, no,

you said so and so.
