He's running for the leadership so I imagine he does. Mr.

Davy was first elected to Parliament in 1997 for the London seat of Kingston and

Surbiton and hasn't left its front bench team since. During the coalition government with the Conservatives,

he took Minister of Office at the Department for Energy and Climate Change

joining the Cabinet in 2012 as the Secretary of State. He lost the seat at the 2015 election but

bounced back two years later. Since the former leader Joe Swinson lost her seat

at the 2019 election he's been the Lib Dems acting leader.
