instead of just sitting on my ass, I started doing some range of motion stuff. And I first started

doing some little stuff from Andrew Locke, his big three. Yeah. And my scapula started moving right away.

And then I switched over to a friend of mine from Florida, a doctor, Tony Rogers, on Instagram.

He's like, Rogers Reset.

So we started doing some reset stuff and range of motion exercises lying on the floor.
