0:39.8	Now Trump's time on the stand was deliberately brief. He answered a single question from his lawyer,
0:45.2	the judge overseas what would be allowed. The lawyer asked if Trump stood by the past deposition
0:50.5	that he gave, which denied the underlying sexual assault that is the issue in the defamation and
0:56.2	Trump replied simply 100% yes.
1:00.2	The lawyer tried to then bulldoze on and get Donald Trump to say more about denying the actual allegations and the judge intervened and struck those answers from the record.
1:09.0	And that very briefly shows how court is different than other forums.
1:15.0	Trump and his allies cost Fox over 700 million dollars for defamation,
