What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Epic Gardening Podcast. Today, like I said in yesterday's

0:05.6

outro, we are going to talk about the business model. How does it all work from an economic

0:11.3

standpoint? So I really hope you enjoy it. I'm going to keep this

0:14.1

intro nice and short so we can drop into the episode. And I would just say if you are interested

0:19.4

in what Square Would Scro is doing, the episode after this one, tomorrow's episode, the final one, is going to talk a little bit about how you can actually get involved in a very

1:17.7

Yeah, and you're right as I'll often get asked the question, you know, what can you grow in the farms?

1:23.8

And the answer is, you know, it's not so much a question of capability,

1:29.5

it's a question of economic.

1:30.8

Right.

1:31.8

Right. Right. Right. Right. You know, for any of the listeners that sort of, you know, aren't 100%

1:37.7

familiar with this, you know, basically the plant is getting energy from the light and turning that into biomass, right, growing the leaf.

1:46.8

So leafy greens and herbs, not too much biomass, doesn't need that much energy, you can get that product to market at a very competitive price.
