0:23.0	Today's program is going to talk about a mammoth struggle going on between the labor unions and the Swedish government on one hand and Elon Musk and the Tesla Motor Company on the other.
0:38.0	We're going to also look at the largest strike ever to hit Portland, Oregon, a teacher strike and one that has enormous
0:47.2	implications. We're going to talk about food issues here in the United States.
0:52.1	This thing now called food insecurity, which the simpler
0:56.6	ones amongst us used to call hunger. Then we're going to go with Charles, the new king of England, to see how he makes money.
1:06.0	And we're going to talk about a Michigan entrepreneur who's busy buying elections in the
1:11.1	great American tradition.
1:13.4	And our interview, this second half of today's program,
1:17.4	will be a specialist on the military budget,
1:20.8	Norman Sullivan. So stay with us. I think we have an exceptionally
1:25.4	interesting program for you. Let me start with the struggle between
1:30.0	Elon Musk and Tesla on one hand and the people and government of Sweden on the other.
1:38.4	Let me begin by explaining that Sweden is a highly unionized economy.
1:44.0	90% of workers in Sweden are covered by a collective bargaining arrangement between unions and employers,
1:57.5	usually on an industry-wide basis.
2:00.5	Here in the United States by comparison between 10 and 11% of workers are covered by Union, not 90%.
2:09.0	So Mr. Elon Musk had to learn, which he clearly hasn't done yet, what it means to be active in a place where
2:18.6	unions are strong.
2:22.0	So the unions informed him that if he wants to do business in Sweden, he's
