1:08.6	I think that the U.S. ended up beating the Nazis long before firing a shot, thanks to a largely unharolded group of economists working under the auspices of the U.S. Treasury Department.
1:13.7	And that's what the book is really about.
1:15.2	I think starting in 1939, even after Germany invaded Poland, there was this period where
1:25.4	the United States was not just neutral in what we considered
1:29.7	sort of this European dispute, but the United States was assiduously neutral.
