You are tuned in to Lightworkers Lounge, tales of having a human experience in a spiritual world.

You know, everybody changes.

Everybody evolves, whether you want to or not, it is going to happen.

It is a part of life.

And it's a really healthy sign that you're living life in a really healthy way.

When you change, when you grow, and when you evolve.

But I think in the day and age of social media where your life is kind of like sticking your hand in a wet cement block, every time you post a reel or a photo or a TikTok or a picture or a video you're sticking your hand and cement right it lives on in your feed on your podcast i've had a lot of people tell me

oh god step i would love to do a podcast but i change so much that i don't want old episodes to still be out there because that's not who I am.

And I was like, you know, I completely agree, especially as my beliefs around spirituality and stuff

radically shifts and changes. But I think everybody is on their own path of change and growth

that I believe the people who need to hear

specific messages at a specific time will find those episodes and resonate with them and they'll

be stepping stones into their next and who knows maybe they'll a year or two from whenever they

were listening to that specific episode come back to this one and really resonate with this one.

But I think it's hard for people to evolve, especially when you share so much of your life on the internet to change and grow because people begin to wrap an identity around you. It feels good to their brain.

And this is even off social media, right? This could be, let's pretend the phones didn't exist.

The internet was never a thing. Even in your communities, in your families, if they know you as

a person who works at the

nine to five down the road and lives here with their family and decorates their front yard

for Christmas every year in the same way, like the moment you want to radically change and say,

hey, I want to move to Costa Rica and teach people how to surf and sell my house.

It triggers them. And a lot of people don't realize that it's triggering their own response of,
