0:24.4

Hey, what's up, everyone?

0:25.5

Saja here, founder of the School of Evolutionary Herbalism.

0:28.1

And it's kind of funny to think about an herb as being famous.

0:32.3

But if we think about all the medicinal plants, what is the most famous herb?

0:39.6

Well, I would say it probably arguably so would be echinacea. This is an herb that, you know, even people that aren't

0:45.9

herbalists have heard of echinacea. It's been very well studied and with good reason. This

0:50.8

sometimes some of the traditional properties of it are forgotten or overlooked. Echinacea, of course,

1:10.6

as we all know it, as the immune stimulant,

So this is echinacea purpurea.

1:50.6

And so, yeah, let's just start off talking about the taste of this herb.

1:56.1

So echinacea has a very distinct taste.

1:59.5

And anyone that's ever taken some echinacea tincture

2:02.9

knows that it is a very lively active flavor. So first off, we would consider this plant to be
