Monday morning. Laura, how are you? I'm okay. I am actually broadcasting from Los Angeles,

California. Wow, look at the journalist you are. You went out there to cover the storm.

I'm in the middle of the storm with a jacket. Yeah, she's standing with the people.

And a microphone getting her umbrella blown over her head. Oh, what's going on out there?

So your hurricane Hillary has hit the West Coast, but yeah, some parts of California are really

bad. Like, you know, it's a desert out here, so they don't really get rained like that. But

last night, there was point where I was like, man, this is nothing. And I was like, this is

regular rain. Okay. Okay. And I was like, Oh, okay, it's getting a little, a little extra. And

next to you, you know, boom. So it's coming down right now, really, really, really strong. So

there's weather advisory that the city is asking people to stay off the roads, unless you're evacuating.

So it's pretty serious, you know, for especially people in this area who've never experienced this type

of rain. I mean, it's 70 years. It's crazy. Yeah. Yeah. So they're, and then, and then yesterday,

we get hit with an earthquake. I know, I know. There's, you know, well, there's nothing's going on,

Laura. Everything is normal. There's nothing to see here. Yeah. I was like, wait, what?

It's just a regular day. It's just life has always been just sim city where all of a sudden,

everything starts happening at one time. When I saw the earthquake, I was like, Oh, this is,

it's hell-fired brimstone. What is going on? I know. So if you see her a quake trending on

social media, that's what everybody's talking about right now. But for the most part, look, I came

here to visit my family, see my mother. Um, but we're just indoors. That's all we can do. Power is

going in and out. So they're just kind of telling everybody, you know, the basic emergency things,

like charge your phones, make sure you have, you know, water, all the essentials that you need.
