We haven't done this type of episode before. This is an actual coaching call with someone who's a friend and also a marketing impact academy student.

Today, what we'll be doing is talking about the strategy behind launching a book. But for that matter, you can apply everything we discuss in this call to the launch of whatever it is.

You're creating whether that's a product, a service, a book or an academy. Friends being an entrepreneur is far more involved than just coming up with a great idea or creating something.

It's all about the strategy. All right, so you're about to hear from Jen Delvot and I'm going to be asking you a series of questions kind of walking her through the same kind of process that I would ask myself and that I ask our team that we rap,

grapple, grapple, grapple with before we launch anything. Now Jen, just so you have a little bit of backstory Jen and her husband have a podcast.

I'm going to link to it in the show notes below. I think it's called Mr. Worldwide and his bride. What they talk about is dealing with a heavy below like a life changing life altering event.

There's happens to have been brain cancer. Darren was diagnosed with brain cancer. That's her husband eight years ago and told you at 18 months to live.

He has obviously beat those odds with a lot of prayer. That's my opinion. They found out that the diagnosis was wrong. Recently, however, the cancer has come back and it's just really been a battle.
