amazing knowledge and experience in finding and processing wild foraged foods.

I now really want to learn those skills. But these wild food experts also had something else

beyond their skills and knowledge.

They also have a deep connection with nature.

That has given me a lot to think about.

Perhaps most importantly, making this program has reinforced an idea about food that has become increasingly important to me over the years and that's how complex and how interconnected everything is nature, biodiversity, planetary health, and our own health.
