The fire broke out Sunday morning with 160 aboard. While the causes under

investigation, the Navy claims it began in the vehicle cargo hole several

floors below the flight deck as pressure and heat built up an explosion

occurred around 11 a.m. injuring several dozen sailors and civilians.

The ship's fire suppression system inoperable while in dock a worst-case

scenario to the Navy that is like it's completely dark. It's filled with

smoke as you can see the amount of smoke is it's bearing out from the actual

side of the ships and all that the whole way is exactly like that.

The Navy has said it's a class one fire starter whatever it's just papers

and oily rags or whatever. It's your classic garage fire.

there. I mean that'd be a bad thing. It's already pretty screwed up.
