Yes, hello there, good morning to you.

Good morning to you and welcome to another episode of Join Updots. It's funny, I've been doing this for seven years now, and I'll be absolutely transparent.

Probably six months ago, I felt like I was just kind of going through the motions of turning out another show, turning out another show,

but it's sparked back in for me. I don't know why, but maybe it's just because I'm feeling healthier,

I'm feeling more inspired, who knows?

But I know that this lady today today she knows how to feel good because she is

a certified life coach and has a master's in psychology and in the past she worked as a therapist

counselling refugees and asylum seekers and running women support groups.

Now her main focus now is in the area of positive psychology and helping people to find their spark.

As she says, I decided long ago that the only way to make the most of this crazy wonderful

world we live in was to put myself out there and really live it, to experience, to love and to learn every single day.

I put this mantra into practice. I've now lived in seven different countries on

four different continents. I have a wide range of jobs from a financial analyst to running my own farm

and now coaching others to embrace the good life. It's all been fun. Of course life

hasn't always been a better roses and I've made mistakes, plenty of them, but I've never

let that stop me from showing up, putting myself out there and chasing my dreams.

I've come to understand that happiness is a choice. You just need to know this to be true.
