today's guest is going to be adeline hosin she's actually an algerian writer currently living in

oakland california and her work has appeared in teen bog and that's where we found her article initially

she's also appeared on the yahoo network and she's been featured on platforms such as Al Jazeera,

Public Radio International, NPR. And in addition to her writing, which might I add, her writing is amazing.

Amazing. Please read her writing. It's the way she words things, and just like you said, Zana,

she lets you see things from a different lens. She also works at the Levi's headquarters leading all things SEO.

Amazing. She does a lot and she's been through a lot and she talks about her experience of

coming here to America at the age of five and leaving the comfort of her home country to come to

America where it's not always inviting and super, you know,

it doesn't welcome you with open arms a lot of the time.

And that's hard for anyone to go through, especially at five years old.
