One way comes from our favorite British gastronaut, Stefan Gates. He's been exploring the

nether regions of eating. The other approach comes from Fregan's. Now, this group claims waste

shouldn't be, and they do something about it. Now, both these takes suggest a single question.

Is what we'll have to eat in the next couple of decades going to be

tough to swallow in every sense of the word? Or are we at the tipping point of a new ingenious
