| 0:00.0 | I keep it to just these foods, tailwind nutrition, honey stinger waffles and chews, and mashed potatoes. |
| 0:08.0 | And that's it. |
| 0:11.0 | And math potatoes is the big sponsor, right? |
| 0:13.3 | Yeah. |

| 0:30.3 | I'm here with Courtney Walter again. We had her on recently where we talked about the difference |
| 0:35.9 | between a normal distance and a long distance. And the funny thing about that conversation was, |
| 0:40.1 | you know, for her a normal distance is, and a long distance is 270 miles. |
| 0:44.7 | But we were able to draw out a lot of great advice for somebody, even if their normal distance is |
| 0:48.7 | 5K and they're going up to 10K. |
| 0:51.5 | So, but Courtney, when we talk about these long, long distances, I touched on this before about that you've become really well known because you're winning long races outright. And when I say outright, I don't mean that you know you're the |
| 1:04.0 | top woman which is a massive accomplishment anyway but you're the first person across the |
| 1:08.4 | line of any gender so tell me a little bit about the first race where that happened and the reaction that you got |
| 1:15.9 | You know when you came across the finish line ahead of all the men |
| 1:20.4 | I honestly can't tell you the first one it happened at. I think for me it, like I want to compete when I do a race and I want to give my very best and I want to come across the finish line |
| 1:35.2 | absolutely like smashed with, you know, there's nothing left in my body or my brain to give that day. |
| 1:41.6 | But I'm just chasing people or I'm chasing myself. Like I might be |
| 1:49.7 | searching for the next human out on the course. I don't care if it's a man or a woman. I want to try and find them and I want to try and pass them because that keeps me pushing forward. And if that isn't doable, like if they're too far away or there's no one to chase anymore, then I think I just like to keep the foot on the gas no matter what and not let up on it. |
| 2:13.9 | So when I'm racing, yeah, I don't care if I'm the first overall |
| 2:20.8 | or if I'm in last place, if I crossed and gave it everything I had and that's how it shook out that day |
