Today's cool fact of the day is that scientists have figured out that we might be able to live longer by inhibiting a really common enzyme in the body.

0:50.0

There's an enzyme called RNA polymerase 3 or Paul 3.

0:54.0

That's present in all animal species, even worms.

And at the University College Ledans Institute for Healthy Aging, they found that life spans in worms, flies and yeast went up 10% when they suppressed that enzyme but only in adults.

2:20.0

Basically, everything that's going on in your hormonal system, your metabolism and even what happens at the very end of your life and that path led him to create something that a lot of my natural path friends have been talking about recently is something called restore, which is for keeping the lining of the gut intact and we're going to talk about his story about what's really pulling our guts apart and what's going on inside your gut with the environmental factors are and what you can do about it. So Zach, welcome to the show.
