The leader of Russia, feeling the approach of his end, is trying to force the democratic

world to surrender with a terrorist rush, to retreat, to lose. This can only be the

desire of an insane person, more than 100 missile strikes in less than two days against

civilians, against civilian infrastructure, sham referenda, a criminal attempt at annexation.

He's also sitting on a stockpile of more than 2,000 tactical nuclear weapons. It's not

only part of their doctrine, so-called escalate to de-escalate doctrine that they don't rule

out the use of these tactically, but they put them on every weapon system, including

mines, including artillery pieces.
