Welcome to another episode of Coach Bennett's podcast.

This is episode 135.

Yes, I don't know why I'm talking like I'm talking but this is this is going to be a great

episode I'm fired up for this episode I will just mention this little tidbit some behind the scenes

here I just finished dinner and I'm walking into the room to do this podcast, and I had like a hiccup.

And then I had like another one.

So now I'm worried that I actually have the hiccups.

And I'm wondering if talking about the hiccups will get rid of the hiccups,

or if talking about the hiccups will then cause more hiccups.

You know how like if you talk about yawning, it makes you yawn?

I literally just yawned.

And if you don't believe me, do it.

Talk about yawning, think about yawning, and you will, in fact, yawn.
