Everything's good now that the basketball season's back.

I know. Doesn't it feel so right? So the Knicks had their first preseason game last night. So I'm in the studio and I'm watching. I'm thinking sometimes you feel like, you know, one season blends into another and you haven't, you know, you never got away. Last night I'm watching the game and I'm just thinking to myself like it's been too long. Right. Thank God. We have games. We have highlights. So I'm just, I'm ready to go.

I'm jacked up because we actually get to talk true basketball rather than all this nonsense

off the court. It's actually X's and O's and players actually doing stuff with their feet and hands.

Well, the NBA is so good at drama. Oh, I know. So good at creating stories in the offseason. And, you know, we're talking about things in August even that are not even relative to a season. But that's because people love it. So you want to talk about. So you get the stories, but now we get games. I'm into that, too.

I'm less about the soap opera and more about the actual action.

Absolutely.

And today, we are doing our Eastern Conference preview.

Now, the way that we're going to do this, we like to build suspense here on the four-season show.

So we're going to go backwards from 15, the worst team in the East, all the way up to the best team in the

east. And Alan, you'll go first and then follow by Zach and then me. I'm not sure if

Zach told you, but we're going to throw a little mix into this thing. You have to name your most

improved player on that specific team. Are you prepared for that?

Who I think will be the most improved player?

Yeah, just a player that might take a step forward that you're not expecting or maybe

you are expecting it.
