Well, last week's Western Conference meal bag was so fun.

We're going to do the Eastern Conference this week.

Spent about four or five minutes on every team we got just deluged with questions here, basically every possible topic on every possible

team.

So let's get started here.

We'll just go in alphabetical order.

Starting with the Atlanta Hawks, I guess since you see them all the time, I have a question

I want to ask you, which is,

what do you make out of the Chris Haynes reporting, as only he could with the headline that Lloyd Pierce is not on the hot seat and then talking about all the ways in which the Hawks have

some dysfunction.

But what's your thought on the feeling around that team being around them probably more than anyone else?

You know, I think their expectations were a little inflated based on the way they closed the season last year.

And I think people looked at, well, it's Trey Young and John Collins.

And they forgot that they had other halfway decent veterans on that team to kind of help hold things together.

And when you replace that with two other rookies and really three, I mean, they're starting

Bruno Fernando now too.

Like you can't play five, 20 year olds and win.

And you can see, like, there are a horror show on defense.

And I don't know why the expectation would have been any different than that.

And I just think people got really ahead of themselves. And the way they started the season, too,

was a little optimistic. And I think that sort of played into that. And now they're just getting
