It is August.

I cannot believe it.

This summer has gone by so fast.

I have one and a half weeks to figure out, you know, I don't buy the box.

I should buy those like pre-done boxes.

I always feel like I should and then I don't for the kids to go

back to school because honestly they put way too much stuff in there. That's why I don't do it.

But then I'm always scrambling at the last minute going to Target and, you know, getting the folders that

no one wants, the colors, all that stuff. So anyways, that's what I will be doing in the next

couple weeks. I just got back

from vacation. It was my family trip. If you listen to Patreon, you'll know we did family

at Olympics. It was, you know, fun, fun, but also crazy. And I learned something about myself. I do not know how to sit still. I have to be on the

move all the time doing something that is probably why having multiple podcasts does me well. I think I

do better having a lot of things to do. So anyways, I also wanted to tell you about another podcast

that I started a few months ago with a friend. It's really her podcast. I'm just the

sidekick, but it's not has nothing to do with crime. But we've been talking about paramedopause

and stuff like that lately. And so it's all about wellness. And we have some people that we have

interviewed. And my friend Michelle is a wealth of knowledge. And so I just wanted to tell you guys
