to an area of the war that is probably not well known to people outside of Ireland

and that means we are headed to the streets of Dublin.

During April 24th to April 29th, 1916.

1,250 armed men and women rose up in Dublin in what would come to be called the Easter

Rising.

During this time they took over several areas of the city with the leadership basing itself out of the general post office.
