My name is Teddy and I aim to help people everywhere get a good night’s rest.

I would like to say Happy Easter where ever you are, and I hope that you’re keeping safe and well.

I’ll be taking a short vacation, which means that I won’t be here to read you a bedtime story for a short while.

I do realise that a lot of you rely on the podcast for sleep, and I’m grateful for those of you who listen to the podcast on a regular basis.
