Hey, glad you're here.

If you got your Bibles and I hope you do, please go to Luke chapter 24.

And as you're turning there, just ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages,

this is the day that we have been praying for and fasting for and preparing for today is

resurrection Sunday amen I hope you're excited and listen if you're a guest with us let me just say

this I don't really love the word guests all right I don't know what other word to use because

like when we have guests in our home we sort of expect and kind of look forward when they leave. You know what I mean?

Like, even if they're family guests, we're like, all right, it's about that time.

Or if you come over for dinner, we hope you stay for dinner and we roll out the red carpet

for you as a guest, but then we don't want you to stay at our house.

But if you were here today, and it's kind of your first time, we really want you to be a part of the family. So we just, you're a family already, okay? And so I hope that,

I hope that you'll love Jesus and I hope you'll like this church and that this 1122 won't be

just something you attend once and you'll be a guest at an event, but that you could actually

belong here in this big dysfunctional family that we call the church of 1122. And of all the

times to check it out today is the best day to be here.

And so what we're going to do is we're going to talk about resurrection Sunday, the resurrection

of Jesus Christ.
