Welcome on to a yearly tradition here at Dunkton where we go back, hold ourselves accountable,

and take a look at what we thought initially of the 2021 East off seasons and update our grades.

See where we went right, where we went wrong, fooled in some of the stuff that happened later in

some of these off seasons as well, including rookie scale extensions or veteran extensions,

most commonly. And if you want to hear the Western conference, we of course discuss that on

going to do outlooks for all 30 teams. That's going to start with a local expert. And then of course

our over underpods getting into the season. And so while we are on two days a week right now,

we're doing some pretty long shows. And we're also think doing more content that basically any

especially as this is a public pod. I'll do the bridge version. This is not business school.

A C is average. So if a team gets a C that is not a scathing indictment of what they did,

B is above average. A, the A range is very good. So on and so forth with DNF. Also, this is an

organization grade, meaning if you made a coaching or general manager change, that counts. And we

generally don't give much difference. If the reason you didn't make a move was to save money,

then that, you know, it can be justifiable, but that doesn't make it smarter, good, or anything

else like that. Especially if you're then that the punishments are more severe. If you're ready

for contention, you know, if you're mediocre and you don't spend, you don't go to the tax,
